Law You Can Understand at a Predictable Price
We know that seeking legal advice and representation can sometimes be overwhelming. If you are looking for a compassionate attorney for help with estate planning, preparing a special needs trust, guardianship, probate or estate administration, or even a claim for disability discrimination, we’re here to help.
We are dedicated to providing you legal help in language that you can understand. If you don’t feel like you understand your options, just ask, and we will work to find an explanation that works for you.
We understand the need for expenses to be predictable. For most work we do, we charge a flat fee and tell you what the rate is going to be at the outset. In some circumstances, we need to bill by the hour. For those matters, we provide you an estimated budget, so you can predict your expenses.

Tina's Story
Tina was born and raised in central New Jersey (yes, central New Jersey is real). She loves living between New York and Philadelphia, and between the mountains and the Jersey Shore. She is a proud graduate of Rutgers University, Douglass College, and Rutgers Law School. After law school, she spent six years practicing law in Naples, Florida.
After unexpectedly losing her Dad she moved back home to be closer to family. She met her husband, fell in love, and the rest is history. Tina is a mom, a step-mom, and a cat-mom. She is a Disney-enthusiast and loves to travel. In her free time, she loves creating art with her daughter, flower picking, and doing fun day trips.
